Patient Engagement Dashboard

Purpose of the analysis is to understand patient behavior, engagement with digital health platform, gauge attendance and lab results . Scope of dataset: Patient demographic Appointment Details Engagement Activities Recent lab results This analysis can improve the patient attendance rates, detect health risks early and allocate resources more effectively.

Key Findings:

  • Average number of days between last engagement and appointment date for No-Show : 35 days.
  • Patients from the Southern region are actively engaged.
  • Older people tend to miss appointments if not engaged in application before their appointments.
  • Patients from North have a higher positive diagnosis of LDL.
  • Appointments V/S Attendance ratio at GP was the highest.
  • More than 50% females had positive lab results for HbA1C and LDL.
